hi everyone, I’m 50, in perimenopause and struggling big time with declining cognition, adhd hormonal issues. I currently take adderall XR which I find helpful but it wears off quickly. Would like to use hormone replacement But Dr says no…I’m still menstruating every month.

see another doctor, he is wrong you can have HRT and still have periods, Dr Louise Newson has released a new book which I believe is available on Amazon. Or look up menopausal not mad for information then go back armed with knowledge.
