At what point does the sinus pause/compensatory pause become a worry?
Hi guys, I've had issues with small runs of ectopics for a couple of years now. Had a year or so of relative peace following ablation in 2017. But since becoming I'll with ME/CFS in 2018 I've seen a gradual increase in ectopics and runs of them. Usually when lying down at night. One thing I have noticed

Hello everyone. I suffer from extreme anxiety. I have it when I'm sleeping, when I awake, when I'm alone in the comfort of my own home. It's a huge reason I can't function. I was on anti anxiety meds for years and it helped but somehow my body changed and I can't handle it anymore so I'm off it. If

Looking for Advice
I have been diagnosed with POS, Underactive Thyroid and I'm being investigated for Endometriosis. I've came off of my medication (Cerelle) as I'm trying to conceive but I've went straight back to having a never-ending period (heading into month 2 of bleeding). The only things that's been able to stop

Dreadful
My life is so terrible. My anxiety and depression and derealization are at an all time high. I've accepted that I'm never going to get better. Ive already lost 7 years to this. I have no real support system and no family. Ive tried every medication, every kind of therapy, every anxiety guru. I feel like

I am new. Not only here but to telling anyone about me. How to get started?
I have a fear of opening up to anyone including medical / therapeutical staff. I'm not ready to visit any therapy in person. I experienced episodes of sadness / depression since a long time, and about 2 years ago, recurring panic and anxiety attacks started on top of that. I don't know why I write

I feel I'm in some kind of crisis.
I'm still having low mornings, especially when I have little or not much to do. I live alone and really feel alone when in that horrible state of mind. I have no one I can just lift the phone to talk to. I have to do everything myself. I feel so low and anxious sometimes and feel numb with anxiety. I

Liothyronine trial update
5 weeks into my T3 trial and sadly, it’s not been beneficial so far. I don’t feel any better. (In fact my health is awful- but I’m putting it down to lockdown blues/inactivity/crap diet) but it’s a catch 22 situation. I feel so terribly low in mood, so not eating the best, joints are painful so exercise

Paroxetine question
Anyone else who takes paroxetine and still feel the same? I've been taking it 7 weeks now, no change except for side effects of constipation and sweating in public. I also yell in my sleep unknowingly.

Anybody on Zometa injection/ Zoledronic acid?
Hello everyone, I had a bone scan last week and it revealed osteopenia 😱😨🤯 I’m not surprised as I feel it. My poor bones have deteriorated since I started on Anastrazole and now I’m on Exemastene. I’m 42 so I have to be on hormone therapy for 10 years and I don’t know if my bones will hold up. What

Adcal-D3 and Alendronic Acid
When pred was first prescribed I was also prescribed Adcal-D3 and Alendronic Acid. Why? Are these reduced as the pred is reduced, now on 8 down from 20?

Zolendronate Infusion
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago following a wrist fracture. I had a parathyroidectomy in August. I am unable to take alendronic acid due to stomach problems and have been advised to have a zolendronate infusion. However, I am concerned about side effects, in particular hair loss, skin

Anxiety getting the best of me
Hi everyone on here. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I haven’t posted in quite sometime, and well I think it’s time I do. I’ve been struggling lately with my anxious, and negative thoughts. I see a therapist once a week and I see an APN once a month. This morning for some reason I woke up really
