Fear of anxiety

I had a really bad panic attack last night and it had to do with remembering my brother’s horrible panic attack about a year ago that traumatized my mother and me. Then today I didn’t go to school because I was scared I’d get anxiety there. How do I get rid of this fear of anxiety that I have?

I think it would be good to talk with your doctor about how you are feeling. I'm sorry this happened to you. You are not alone and you will not walk through this alone. Hugs to you.

I would suggest taking a good quality magnesium and ginseng in the evenings. It will calm your mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. If you don't like taking pills eat almond and get some ginseng tea. They do help a lot with this! <3
