I've seen a similar post on here but it's not exact.
So I've had this happen to me since I can remember.
Every time I try and fall asleep I start feeling kind of like a wave of vibrations or buzzing going through my head, until it gets so intense it becomes like static. I can hear it ring through my ears as well. during this I'm paralyzed, but I'm fully aware of my surroundings and can still control my thought patterns and what not. I usually have to force myself to wake up and it takes a lot of energy out of me.
I've researched and have gotten sleep paralysis, anxiety attacks, the beginning of an outer body experience, brain zaps etc.
I've gotten anxiety attacks in my sleep before many times, and this is not a anxiety attack. for sleep paralysis, I wouldn't say that either. I feel like I'd be able to see things, as that seems to be a running theme for sleep paralysis but it's just static and vibrations I feel and hear. As for the outer body experience, I'm not that educated on the topic but I feel like that's a bit of a jump tbh. Unless it is?? Finally for brain zaps it states its kind of like a jolt , and although I guess how i feel is kind of similar I wouldn't say it's a jolt. It's more gradual. In fact, I can probably just lay in this vibrating state for a while if i wanted to tbh. it also states that brain zaps occur when someone stops taking a type of medication, I however am not on any medications.
anyways anyone ever feel this?

I get a fuzzy head in the middle of the night I put it down to certain foods and vitamin supplements which I don't take now. B12 and b9 both give me a wide awake fuzzy head. My girlfriend told me to stop drinking so I don't get it at bed time
Drinking alcohol can do this. This country drinks a very lot where people think a bottle a night + is the norm. Try stopping and it’s amazing how much better you feel when the alcohol depression goes.
With your dilemma, I can only think that when I was in a coma, sometimes I was trapped in my body screaming shouting with nothing working. Just trapped unable to move or talk in my own body, but maybe different.
When you first started with it, was it when you started vitamins, alcohol or banging your head, even foot heading the ball can start sh*t going.
I’ve read about controlling dreams that you can learn to fly and slowly control them. I’ve tried but got know where. It’s supposed to be fantastic if you can. Travel the world while snoozing.
As for buzzing and vibrations, I have had a fractured skull and brain damage that feels very similar to what your talking about. Also with tinnitus that all get louder in the silence going to sleep with the buzzing.
Stop vitamins. To many people take to many. A one a day vitamins every few days is good enough to help in case your short on some crazy metal like magnesium, iron etc.
Caffeine can bring a buzz, that gets crazy when you have to much.
