Does anyone else symptom hop? By that I mean as soon as you find a reasonable explanation for a symptom you've been obsessing over, you find something new to worry about? I've had pins and needles on and off for a few weeks now as well as a general weakness in my left arm. The doctors referred me to a physio for an assessment in a week and everyone said it sounds like a trapped nerve. Of course I was convinced it was something horrible-MS, leukaemia or another nasty. Last night I was lying on my arm and got woken up by a shooting pain deep in my shoulder and this morning my arm feels much better so I think my nerve has been freed from where it was trapped. I had about a minute of feeling happy and my anxiety eased off...queue itchy skin. I went swimming yesterday and forgot to moisturise so I know my skins probably just a bit dry but now I'm obsessively googling chronic or terminal conditions which cause itchy skin. Why cant I just let my self be happy without finding something new to worry about?!?
