stress headaches?

I’ve been experiencing headaches recently. The pain is between my eyebrows. Anyone else with anxiety experience this?

Hi Daisy, oh those stress headaches were a part of my past medical history.

When worried, even without noticing it, we frown causing those muscles

in our forehead to give us pain.

Another place was the lower back of my head as well as my neck.

When stressed we jut our head forehead in anticpation and fear causing

the whole muscular structure to go into tense, tight muscles.

A warm cloth on your forehead may help relax those muscles reducing your

head pain. Also know that pressure headaches from the sinuses can also cause

that forehead pain. If this is something new, please have your doctor address it

you are so kind! I appreciate you greatly! Thank you so much! It’s not new for me. I think I have a tendency to clench my jaw/bite down when I’m anxious if that makes sense, which may contribute to the headache.

Our bite can very well cause this pain. We may clench our jaws w/o realizing

it causing muscle strain on the mandibular joints. Listening to Relaxation videos

relaxing each part of the body can help immensely. My best to you and thank you
