Hello everyone just an update well I had a a NM Rubidium 82 scan on the 21st July 2023. I received the results. No blockage in my arteries, however, it did show that at rest my EF was 14%at stress level 20%. I am not sure if this is at a dangerous level as in 2019 I had a EF reading of 30% to 35%. and in February 2023 had a EF of 20%-25%. My consultant is in the process of arranging for another ECG. I am getting worried as nothing as been said as to the next steps or what is to happen. I recently had a test where I had a camera inserted down my throat as I was experiencing trouble swallowing. although the test came back negative I was wondering is this some of the symptoms due to my HF. I am off to collect my prescription for my increase Entresto from 49mg/51 to /now 97mg/103mg.

Yes there is no arteries blockages. But I have been diagnosed with Diluted Cardiomyopathy which is in the realms of inherited. I been asked to take a gene test. I was looking through papers related to my mother. and I just discovered on her death certificate that she also had the same condition and diagnosed. she had open heart surgery. although she had complication she survive for a few more years but left this earth due to other complication.
I have been reading up on this condition and been listening to videos directly from cardiologist on this subjects. I try not to console myself in the negative but to the here and the future with hope.
