The article is a good read.

I can attest to the impact that stress, and the anxiety which can develop from stress, can greatly magnify normal ADHD struggles. I was diagnosed with both anxiety and ADHD at the same time, back in 2020.

Treating the anxiety helped bring my ADHD to my normal level of impairment.

Then, treating the ADHD with medication for the first time in my life helped me to function better than I ever have before.
