What and how do I tell my kids?
I like to be alone to calm down but someone is always in my space: banging on my door, asking for food, siblings fighting, huge messes I’ll have to clean up etc. it’s never ending cycle of
stress

Graves Weight Gain
Fast forward and I got a personal trainer and started working on my diet, going into calorie deficit, strength training 4x a week, swimming 2x a week, getting 8k-10k steps a day consistently, and trying my best to reduce
stress
. This held my weight in place BARELY.

My alternative approach to acceptance/habituation and "making friends" with Tinnitus
So how I cope depends on it's volume that is related to my levels of
stress
and so it just spirals. [i]So I've recently decided I'm taking an alternative approach to "making friends" with Tinnitus.

Can't reach Prof Walker
So I think it's time to try and see a private specialist who can take the
stress
out of this whole condition. Anyone who has my useful information about how to contact prof walker's secretary or any other recommendations would be most appreciated 👍 Thank you all so much! Amy

Home is a mayhem. Didn't have power to call the broker back. Just wanted to go home to rest but mom's insane (ik please don't tell me)
I hope it's just
stress
and I'm overexposing my mom's words.

My first post. A tricky start to my journey.
I broke down in tears - all that money and
stress
and I’d missed what could have been 2 good eggs. I have blamed myself for not pushing them to book me in the day before when they saw my LH rise. Maybe then I’d not have missed them. An expensive and upsetting mistake.

Update -Having a laugh- Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
The results was funny, confusing and annoying, because I’ve been going trough so much
stress
when I was searching what I have and also for when I found what I have. The results was that everything is OK, no left ventricular hypertrophy and no diastolic dysfunction.

Desperate
I’ll let my loneliness, anxiety,
stress
at work overwhelm me and eat fried foods and sweets to comfort me. I’m sure most of you have and may still be experiencing what I am going thru. I want to know how do I make my physical health a priority when everything else is not going well.

OCD and married life
Can he endure the
stress
that is part and parcel of any relationship or is it too much to ask considering the nature of the ocd condition ? Does marriage or a romantic relationship help or on the contrary exacerbate the “ obsessive “ thoughts and distress ?

🍏April Quest: Week2 Why do we run?
You may want to combat
stress
, take time out for your self or prove something to yourself. For some it’s a chance to meditate, be contemplative or a time to plan.
There are so many reasons why we run
and they can be a combination of the above and they can change on any given day.

Has anybody noticed a change to Armour at all this year?Just wanting to rule out different possibilities to why I feel worse than usual.
I have very low diastolic and wondered if the combination of long term
stress
, constant fatigue (vicious circle) creating inactivity, zaps my adrenals etc and round and round it goes + the T3 part of NDT may be too much in this state.........aaahh .end of tether.

update on my health issues
I can ask for it to be looked at again which is a waste of time because I have done this for a previous benefit and went to tribunal with no luck so I don't want to have to do this again and the
stress
that it will cause me as well. Why is it always at Christmas when people get bad news like this?

Changing Room Chat...Last few days of March...Taking it easy...Taking Time out...Taking Time for YOU.
* Lose some
stress
... Our exercise, takes time. Time out of our working or family life. This may cause some issues which result in us feeling stressed. Take the time out to focus just, on those other things, family, friends or just time for you.
