Hi, you lot.
I haven't posted much lately (a few things going on). However, I wanted to share this breathing technic. Just another way to maybe help with your AFIB.

Practising deep breathing can promote relaxation and cultivate inner tranquillity.
Here's a straightforward method for practising deep breathing:
Find a serene environment, and if you're at home, you might want to play some gentle, calming music. When outdoors, use headphones to drown out surrounding noises.
Inhale deeply from your abdomen, not your chest. Visualize the air flowing down towards your belly button, allowing your belly to expand slowly as you breathe.
Hold your breath for 5 seconds, then exhale slowly for another 5 seconds before taking the next breath.
If you're new to this practice, repeat these steps for 5-10 minutes. For those experienced in meditation, follow your regular routine.
Engaging in deep breathing can quiet your thoughts, decelerate your heartbeat, and alleviate stress. It enhances your ability to concentrate.
With each inhalation, envision positive energy entering your body. As you exhale, visualize negativity and tension dissipating, leaving you in a state of calm and serenity.
