I've been under so my much
stress
I don't even care about what I feel anymore I want to fix the behavior. Its something I can control and that helps me a lot. Stuff like my emotions for example.

l-Theanine and Ashwaganda
I read about L-theanine can help with reducing
stress
. I took 100mg last evening. It helped to relax. I had an outing today. I felt good besides having a headache and feeling a little heavy. I didn’t get the shakes or nerves or blush. I actually was able to say hello to the cashier.

Trying to help my brother
Every time he feels any
stress
, he gets a headache. I've sent him for energy healing and to nutritional experts. I don't know what to do. He has tried various anti-depressants . I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any new ideas of what we might try.

I am feeling a bit better, I
stress
a bit. I am still tired and my throat has been sore ever since on the side of where the enlarged nodule was. I have been taking iron, b12 and vit d..as these were all pretty low. I am booked in to have bloods done in 2 weeks time.

AUS revision surgery?
I have since had undetected PSA but have suffered with severe
stress
incontinence. I had AUS surgery in 2018 but it failed because of erosion. The ensuing three months were the most painful of the journey because I had an indwelling catheter that not only leaked but caused great pain.

Restless leg syndrome
It seems if I walk a lot or have a lot of
stress
my legs get bad at night. At least I know that I will make it through the night. I also take trazadone to help me sleep on those nights when it's bad. I also had taken gabapentin and my legs started to get really bad again.

TIA Advice
I dont smoke, drink very little and had no issues prior to the TIA and suspect the event was caused by
stress
. I have been given medicatiton which I am taking but am experiencing feelings of light headiness. Is this normal? Could it be the medication. Many thanks.

Overwhelming fear of death
Hi everyone, I had PP last August out of the blue, and recently had a lot of
stress
that triggered similar feelings around the fear of death as ones I had with my initial episode. I called the crisis line and was really worried I would relapse.

Hello after a forced absence.
LOL My problem is, I know that
stress
brought this on once I diagnosed the problem (and doc agreed) and then did a ton of research, and also joined this group. I don't know what I would have done without it.

a beautiful practice
over the years I have done yoga in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of yoga is what I need. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCJfXwm97rw

Every time I smoke I panic and
stress
myself out more but I find myself needing more fags when I
stress
. What was the easiest way for you to quit smoking ? I keep reading life expectancy is 10 to 20 years after diagnosis? How long will it take to get worse will I be dead before I’m 40 ?

I have also restarted work in the last 3 weeks, my husband says it could be related to the

Stress and afib episodes
How many of you actually find
stress
a trigger for afib episodes? I have paroxysmal afib and normally my episodes have been around every 4 months but with a very erratic and fast heart rate. They then started at 3 months now this one has come after almost 2 months (last beginning of June).

PMR,RA and diabetes.
My PMR started April 2019 due to
stress
. I’ve had the usual ups and downs, with a couple of flares. I’m now on 3mg prednisone and 40mg Leflonamide. This last was doubled 6 weeks ago following what seems to be a Rhuematoid arthritis episode in my hands ( for the second time).
