I have been experiencing agoraphobia. I’ve tried Ashwaganda for about a month now. It has helped me with my social anxiety sometimes. It has helped to get me through interactions. But I still rush myself out.
I was looking for another supplement. I read about L-theanine can help with reducing stress. I took 100mg last evening. It helped to relax. I had an outing today. I felt good besides having a headache and feeling a little heavy. I didn’t get the shakes or nerves or blush.
I actually was able to say hello to the cashier. That was shocking. I usually avoid any persons during my shopping trip.
My question is have any one taken these supplements and is there any reactions you have experienced. I’m hopeful to continue with both. I feel I need both.
