I'm absolutely crushed with
stress
and anxiety. Everything that could possibly go wrong is racing through my head, can't sleep. It's absolutely terrible. Has anyone else had this. I been told its normal, but I can't imagine it being worse. I feel totally ill with it. Any advice welcome

I am in need.
I don't know how to handle all this anxiety and
stress
. I understand death and I'm not afraid of it because I know it's apart of life. Without death, what is life? I'm worried that time will go by fast and I won't be able to make as much memories with my family.

If you have flare ups, are these directly linked to
stress
/ anxiety? I’m a highly anxious person and know I’ve been stressed recently (I had shingles last week) and it seems to have come on again since then? 3.

Stress and afib episodes
How many of you actually find
stress
a trigger for afib episodes? I have paroxysmal afib and normally my episodes have been around every 4 months but with a very erratic and fast heart rate. They then started at 3 months now this one has come after almost 2 months (last beginning of June).

What is running to you? 🏃♀️🏃🏽🤔
🤣 It helps me manage
stress
after a hard day, regulate my emotions, hormones and of course I have some great playlists to listen to along the way!

Is this a flare shouldI up the pred?
However I have a lot of
stress
just now, darling husband has cancer. I do meditate and do very gentle yoga. However, I now have pain in my upper back under my shoulder blades. Could this be PMR? My legs have increasingly felt like concrete until 3pm. I take my 2mgs pred at 9am.

Stress
biggest factor. Thankful nothing else showed up. I notice how hard you all try in life with all you have or havent. I admire that and it gives us all strength. We may feel alone but arent.Your experience is priceless.

Travel while in Afib
Apart from the obvious advice (buy travel insurance, stay well hydrated, get an aisle seat, bring all my drugs, wear anticompression socks and DON'T
STRESS
-- easier said than done), does anyone have anything to say about flying while actively in AF?

Bad cold sore should I wait to inject Methotrexate?
I was at the dentist last Thursday - not my usual one - and she was a bit rough! She split my lip in the corner and it's came out with large cold sores which are not healing! 😔 I'm considering not injecting today to give them a better chance to heal - what do you think? They're sore and I can't eat

I would rather not put him through the anxiety and
stress
of the trip (he is quite needle phobic) if the advice when we get there is that he cannot have a local. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

My anxiety has been through the roof lately mainly because of a lot of
stress
. I’ve had a lot of sinus stuff and seem to constantly be clearing my throat. I had a couple of canker sores a couple weeks ago which I’ve had before.

I dont know how I would be able to have any assessments without having a major panic attack. when I was put on esa I was meant to have an atos interview. the
stress
it caused ended in me having a heart attack and going to hospital.because of these things just thinking about it causes me problems but

Studying at the medical school, having a heart condition
.😊 Unfortunately, I have experienced possible
stress
cardiomyopathy (takotsubo cardiomyopathy). I had to give up on studying public health and epidemiology due to multiple health issues including a heart condition at the medical school in the UK this year.

This is where I always go to manage extreme stress
It's not anything I can explain. I overthink everything else, but not this. I just close my eyes and feel it. I'd love if you have any music or poetry to share. Anything that touches you. Thanks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttEMYvpoR-k
