B12 deficiency with RA
Hi I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and have been taking various drugs before and after diagnosis. A ppi(omeprazole) was prescribed to take before Naproxen (500mg twice daily) and methotrexate (10mg weekly) with 5mg folic acid 3 days later. I also have cocodamol if needed too.

Hi, I haven't posted for awhile but read others daily. I've been seeing the same consultant for 3yrs now,he's a strange but nice man who doesn't say a lot & quite often contradicts himself. My bloods are borderline (whatever that means) so he treats the symptoms not the results, although the scans of

My First Consultation
It went ok just confirmed that I have RA . Of course I was hoping she was going to say it was something else but alas. Had a steroid injection and put on Methotrexate and Hydroxychloroquine. I went back the next day and after 2 painful attempts managed to get some fluid drained off my knee and a steroid

Rotator cuff problem - anyone here left undiagnosed for a long time?
Hi everyone - I wonder if there's anyone else here with a rotator cuff problem, and specifically if you've had problems getting it diagnosed and treated quickly enough? I won't bore you with the details but basically I've had a catalogue of misdiagnoses since I first got shoulder pain several years ago

Iliopsoas Bursitis?
I had a steroid injection from the Rheumy in December fro Trochanteric bursitis and, eventually, I am now able to sleep on that side without strong painkillers. The problem is that I am still having a lot of groin pain on the same side and wondering if I have other bursitis in the hip area? If so how
