Saw pain consultant in Bristol who is now saying that he feels I am presenting Inferior cluneal nerve pain. Firstly, is anyone else suffering this. Would like to share. Secondly he's saying that the only person who can help is Dr Roberto in Nantes. I do not want to go to France for surgery. Any other ideas welcome. We're going to start with a steroid injection to see if that helps. Thirdly, how does one get a definite diagnose of this nerve. I'm fed up with heresay. Be grateful for any help please.

Hi I am diagnosed with the same syndrome, I was in France too, what have you done lately ?

I'm waiting for a nerve block to rule this in or out. Apparently pain down the back of my leg isn't PN related. But I think it is just cross talk with all the nerves down there, or from tight pelvic muscles.  Will wait and see!

HI, HOW ARE YOU? DID YOU DO ANYTHING LATLY ? HAVE YOU FIND A SOLUTION?

I'm still waiting for a nerve block. Saw pain consultant last week, now on a waiting list for a ct guided pudendal nerve block and an inferior cluneal nerve block. So no further forward yet! But I'm seeing a chiropractor weekly and that seems to be helping slowly. He is trying to loosen/relax all the muscles that attach to the pelvis. Painful but showing small improvements. I can walk much better, no limp any more!
