I started taking Ritalin for exhaustion and my inability to focus - I like it but what if I add back in Modafinil for an extra boost?
Ritalin 10mgs and I've noticed it really helps me to focus, but still a little draggey energy wise. what if I was to take the modafinil 200mgs an hour after the Ritalin? I've only been on the Ritalin for 5 days, do I might just be impatient.. Any suggestions appreciated!

Buserelin for FET
Evening guys, I’m currently taking buserelin for down regulation for my first FET. I feel SO bloated and have put in 4lbs in one week😩😩😩 Please tell me it’s not just me this has happened to??? Or maybe I’m just eating too much 😆 Any suggestions on how to stop this rapid weight gain?

Update taking Duloxetine -uk
Hi I am new to the group and have been replying to people post. I have newly been diagnosed and have been taking Duloxetine 30mg, for the last 4 nights. I have noticed a small change in my mood. I am feeling perkier and have a bit more energy. I still have pain so not much difference there it’s probably

A sleep concern
Hi Everyone, I haven't been here in a while, it's usually the case when things are going well. But recently I've developed this bad sleeping habit. (?) What's confusing is it came out of the blue. Something similar has happened before when my anxiety was bad ( I don't feel it's bad right now tho). As

Ivabradine for Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia?
Hi Everyone, Looking to see if anyone has been diagnosed with Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia and if they've tried Ivabradine with any success? I've been appealing to my health insurance company and two foundations since the cost would be roughly $400, but so far no luck since the appeals began in October

L-Tyrosine
Hi everyone, I have been given the name of this amino acid as a suggestion for use for my RL. Does anyone know of treatment with this and if so, any comments? I believe L-Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine.

What do you do for work?
Hi Just curious to hear what people do for work post-BI (what type of work and in what capacity), and particularly how it fits in with your fatigue management. Do you work part-time or have flexible hours to help manage your fatigue effectively? Does your job still fatigue you despite trying to manage

5-HTP - A Trigger?
I take quite a few supplements. These days before I buy anything new I Google the name of the supplement and AFib to see if I get any legitimate hits. Wanting to try a new sleep aid that has 25 mg of 5-HTP I was surprised to see a few references that said 5-HTP was a trigger for some. Because it helps

Sleep Paralysis?
Evening all! Quick question, does anyone else experience sleep paralysis? I remember one occasion in my teens but it’s frequent now. I’m lucky in that I get it when I’m falling asleep rather than when waking up which I believe is way more terrifying! It’s also not frightening, but I get stuck between

Weekly Gathering
Hi again-you guys are so patient with me and my litany of questions!! Gracias!❤️😁 I’m trying to keep this nondescript as possible so I don’t offend anyone. I have been working on this for over five years-about the time my MS progressed quite a bit more. I very much want to attend a weekly group—a Support

Neuro appointment
I saw my neuro on the 11th of February. Had to double our driving time due to a snow storm. He’s pretty happy with where things are. We only adjusted the time of day I take my second dose of ampyra. Interestingly, I asked him his go to med if I just can’t stand taking Rebif anymore. (I don’t have side

What treatments or tests from here?
So I am 40 and since having my second child in September I have had 3 exacerbations (also 1 bad one in pregnancy). I was sent to ambulatory care today as I am on day 10 taking 40mg pred a day, and still acutely ill. I was on Fostair 200/6 and am now trialling Seretide 50/500 to see if it gives better

Nocturia.
Nocturia - for those who have it. Since my surgery 15 years ago, I regularly visit the bathroom twice each night to void the bladder. Disturbed sleep (& shortened duration of sleep) have sometimes been associated with increased mortality. In a paper published in September, Steve Freedland & team looked

Sleep Maintenance Insomnia - 3am racing heart awakening
Sleep
Hygiene
, I do it all. Over the 3 years, I have always woken, but sometimes I was able to return to some sort of sleep, I got enough rest to feel half decent (but never great). I even took time off 6 months, and travelled, zero stresses, during this time the awakening persisted.
