Please can someone explain rogue DIO2 gene & Myxedema Coma to me please?
My mother passed away from Myxedema Coma, my sister fell into a Myxedema Coma & thankfully saved as lived in France & they immediately recognised hypothyroidism even though TSH normal. The NHS ignore my history & my TSH normal although I have exact symptoms down to putting on 30kg of fluid. My body is

Opinions on Clomiphene?
Due to the fact and I have Pcos and I don’t ovulate often, my gp referred me to a specialist. Looking at my blood tests, my husband’s semen result and the fact I got pregnant last year, he said it doesn’t look like I have a problem conceiving and it’s just due to ovulation not occurring every month.

First time posting-need some positivity
Hi everyone! I am new to this site and it's my first time posting. I had a FET on the 25th of this month and found out yesterday that my beta is negative. I feel gutted and like it's never going to work. Plus we transferred two embryos which hurts even more. I only had a lining of 6.4mm but my doctor

RLS and Glutamate?
Probably because my
sleep
hygiene
was bad: I was dwelling on work stuff, didn't read my book, didn't start my mental relaxation early enough in the evening, etc. But, I did manage to get to sleep around 12:30 (as opposed to 3:30). So, it's kind of a win.

Endometritis
Hi Ladies, A friend of mine found out she got endomentitis and she is super worried she wouldn't be able to get pregnant. Are there any ladies on here who were dealing with the same issue and could you give her some tips and advises please? Successful stories and happy ends are much needed as well.

AFib & Sleep Apnea
Good day all! I have A Fib/Flutter on sotalol & eliquis. I want very much to get off meds if at all possible. In October I had a bad month with several bouts of AF, not my norm. By the end of the month was preparing (mentally) for ablation. Just needed to schedule. Then at the same time I finally

Late period/No bleed after buserelin? Has this happened to any one else?
I'm currently on buserelin as down regging for FET. Have been on buserelin for 14 days but no bleed as yet. Was due to have blood test tomorrow but now have been booked in for a scan. I feel really stressed about it as I don't know what the implications are for the rest of the treatment. Definitely not

No symptoms after FET😫
I’m on day 4 after FET (frozen embryo transfer) and I have absolutely ZERO symptoms. No breast tenderness, no cramps...nothing. My emotions are definitely getting the best of me and am trying not to lose hope. Has this happened to anyone else and still gotten a positive pregnancy result? Is this normal

Day 8 of injections Buserlin and Menopur but tired and ovaries are in pain!
Morning all Thought I would drop a note here as been feeling really rubbish this second time of IVF and I think it’s because I’m on different medication which is Buserelin whereas last time I was on Menopur and Cetrotide! Final scan on Monday and then egg collection on Wednesday! Feeling a mixture of

1 week update into Imbruvica
My first 7 days of Imbruvica 420 mg haven't been as bad as expected. No fatigue to speak of. The only side effects are temporary stomachs which I can remedy with yogurt or digestive enzymes, and temporary intestinal cramps.

Sleep Apnea
I’ve got AF and just been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and have started with a CPAP Machine. However on the third night of trying to sleep but struggling to get comfortable with the machine I woke up around 5.30. and had palpitations. An AF attack had started and is calming down now with the help
