A friend of mine found out she got endomentitis and she is super worried she wouldn't be able to get pregnant. Are there any ladies on here who were dealing with the same issue and could you give her some tips and advises please? Successful stories and happy ends are much needed as well.
Just spoke to my friend and she said her condition was called Endometritis as per my subject which is different from endometriosis. She had a miscarriage (13 weeks) a few years back and she went through an abrasion which hasn't been done properly and as a result she is now suffering from chronic Endometritis.
Thank you very much ❤️

Hi. She can find some research about the endometriosis diet which might help. Endometriosis can make it harder to get pregnant but it can happen. And once it does, endometriosis stops growing whilst pregnant (or so I've been told)x
Really depends how bad her endo is and what it's effecting. For example if her tubes are involved and blocked etc it won't happen naturally.
As horrible as it sounds I'd be telling her if getting pregnant is something she wants to do then to get on with it. (If someone had told me that a few years ago i would have slapped them!)
But unfortunately the younger you are and the less damage from endo you have, chances should be higher to get pregnant.
If she's been diagnosed with severe endo then she needs to be seen under a bgse centre and not a general gynae. If she's got severe symptoms that maybe the first call as they are trained to operate on endo.
My endo was not made better by being pregnant but i can't compare that to anyone else.
My friend has stage 3 endometriosis and still managed to get pregnant naturally. She did have some surgery to remove some of the tissue then fell pregnant almost immediately after that. Like others have said it is so different for different people as the endo can affect different parts of reproductive system. She needs to make sure she sees a specialist to find out where she is effected to determine her chances and options but tell her to keep trying naturally as you never know ! Xx
I have stage 3 endometriosis. We've been trying to convince for 4 years now. I had surgery last year and a procedure to try and unblock my fallopian tubes but no success with falling pregnant since unfortunately. We are about to start our first cycle of IVF. I'm sorry that's not the positive/success story your friend may have wanted but I think a realistic and honest view from different people is important because as others have said, some women fall pregnant naturally and others can't so it's best not to wait if your friend is keen to try for a family with the condition xx
I can’t add much more other ladies have given superb advice ie endometriosis .
I didn’t know I had endometriosis until TTC ( it took nearly 6 years of TTC to get a diagnosis ) we had a chemical pregnancy after my 1st laparoscopic surgery but had our daughter after my 3rd laparoscopy. Both times I was lucky to fall naturally ( for us the endo was the only issue)
