My first 7 days of Imbruvica 420 mg haven't been as bad as expected. No fatigue to speak of. The only side effects are temporary stomachs which I can remedy with yogurt or digestive enzymes, and temporary intestinal cramps.

I would be concerned with stomach aches and intestinal cramping--in regard to the ibruprophen. Be sure to tell your CLL Dr. if this pain/cramping continues
If you are to continue the Ibruprophen, you might be well served to schedule a colonoscopy before too long.
I haven't been taking Ibuprofen. It was just an inquiry. I will ask when I see my Dr next week. It's my understanding that these temporary intestinal issues were common side effects with Imbruvica.
Hi 12caine12
I’ve been taking it for a month I take it two hours after I eat , I’m not sure if you’re taking it with food or not??
Feel better!
Little dab
You should inform your CLL specialist about the stomache .
Please keep us posted about your journey! best of luck my friend
