Thanks for posting this. In the section on adaptogens, I was happy to see that he mentions ashwagandha, which has been helping me sleep. Prior to learning about it, I tried so many things for sleep (sleep meds, melatonin, different kinds of magnesium, valerian, a weighted blanket, and so on) but they haven't worked well for me for a variety of reasons. I've been taking ashwagandha for about a month and I believe it really does help me sleep. I also feel more relaxed overall. (I do try to practice good sleep hygiene in general, which helps, of course.) It has been a good reminder that different things work for different people and it's important to keep experimenting and not give up. :-)
