Dealing with grief friends' pregnancy announcements
Hi,Apologies in advance... I've seen so many of these type of posts on this forum so I know I'm not alone, but just needed to express how I'm feeling today in a place where I know I'll be understood. I'm on a little break having more tests after three negative transfers and one chemical over the last

Week 9 run done
It was bitterly cold, windy and snowing a bit when I forced myself out yesterday afternoon. 30 minutes running, but I didn't feel euphoric like I did with the last two runs of week 8 - to be honest it felt like bloody hard work š And my usual ploy of running in one direction and walking all the way

Hormone concerns prior to ICSI
HiWe are due to start out first IVF/ICSI next month. I privately have been doing my own investigations as our GP and NHS is terrible in our area and I have been having symptoms of concern. We are referred for ICSI due to poor morphology but also I am 36 and AMH 6.25. So far I have found that on a day

After years of being careful...
I know others are suffering from worse things at the moment but there's something that has made me a bit fed up. When I was diagnosed with COPD, Asthma and Bronchiectasis I was told in no uncertain terms to avoid people with colds and this I have done since 2015. All our friends know very well that

Navage?
Many of us (most?) suffer from sinus issues and we have our own tools to deal with these issues. My weapons of choice are Saline spray followed by Flonase before I go to bed. Works pretty well except for right now during allergy season. However, I've been hearing many advertisements for the Navage
