After being in past years that I had not had Covid , I got it . It came on after a /5 hour trip to A abd E with stomach pain. No dwsb ot tests, so if I had it then I have possibly infected the whole unit. I have told them. Not much enjoying this Covid, such dore throat , constant coughing and worst of all such tiredness. It has made my R A and A Spondilitis flare up!!! Horrible. But the sun is out .

That's so horrible for you. I do wonder if you caught it in A&E though. I have heard of several people catching it in hospital so, please, don't beat yourself up over it. These things happen. Here's hoping you recover pdq to enjoy the good weather.

aaa nice reply Gnarli. Thank you!!!!I l love the sun , would have loved Lisbon . But I was lucky enough to get to NZ in April . To see my son and his family. First time in 5 years!!!!

So…. I’ll just wait to feel human and admire the weeds.

Oh no! I've heard a few say the only place they've been is to a hospital and then got COVID. I've dodged it so far too but sister tells me this morning her son in law just tested positive and she was with him on Friday and I was with her yesterday 🙄 I've got everything crossed 🤞. I hope you recover quickly and it's not too bad. X 🌹

I have no idea what restrictions are for travelling on planes abroad atm if you know you have Covid. It’s harsh but if it’s in the EasyJet policy re no refunds if you get Covid just before you go away then sadly no, you won’t get anything refunded. 😑

You need to take that further. They must be in breach of contract, surely. Really hope you get better soon. Your story is a sharp reminder that the beast hasn't gone away as some would have us believe. Take care and I hope you get better soon.

Hope you get better soon, these waits at a&e are awful, recently spent 12 hours there myself. Had terrible pain in my ribs back and stomach. Found out that I had clots in my body. They also found something on my lung, which they had previously told me was something called rvs. Spent all night on my own worrying if I had lung cancer and if the clots where not in my lungs where were they? Still in pain now but not as bad they did give me two lots of blood thinners that night. Whilst the oral morphine worked the first time, 2nd 3rd and 4th dose seemed to make the pain worse, especially in 5he stomach. Now been told its not lung cancer and my pain is more muscular now.

It was my phone didn't work even though they tried to connect it, we'd got there from North Wales at about 3.20 am Thursday morning. My poor hubby left about 11.15 Thursday night and got home about 12am. I was in a room on my own sobbing and in so much pain.
