Questions about progesterone and prostate cancer
My onco continues to resist prescribing low dose E2 to help minimize some of my ADT SEs. Following my last appointment he suggested progesterone as an alternative. - Has anybody here had success with using progesterone while on ADT? - Any reasons to steer clear of progesterone? Thanks

*Sensetive* - How long to miscarry naturally after blighted ovum / MMC?
Hello, Apologies if this question is triggering and TMI for those who have bene through this cruel experience. After learning of a blighted ovum this time last week, I was told on Friday to stop my medication (cyclogest progesterone pessaries) and that I should miscarry naturally soon after. Usually

Started #Zoladex to treat uterine #Polyps & bleeding/spotting is not stopping!!!
Guys I’m really hoping you can help or offer insight. I started experiencing irregular bleeding after taking progesterone only birth control pills. I continued onto the next pack and I didn’t stop bleeding. Dr gave me Tranexamic Acid and it stopped it for a while and continued taking pill every day

problems in the luteal phase
Hello! we have had 2 natural conception miscarriages & 3 negative pregnancy tests with IVF. We’ve seen a fertility consultant who thinks I have a problem in the luteal phase- maybe with progesterone levels. Does anyone know anymore about this? I have had progesterone pessaries after ivf transfer before

HRT and magnesium supplements
Hi I’m new on here. I’m taking oestrogel 1-2 pumps in the morning, and one progesterone capsule at night. I’m increasingly frequently waking up in the night and I’m exhausted. Have tried other HRT types which made me feel mad and wild so I want to stick with this. Friends have recommended magnesium

Stopping progesterone and estrogen at 8 weeks
Hello, We are so pleased we got our BFP after a down regulated medicated FET and my partner is 5 weeks today. The clinic have given us enough Meds to last until 8 weeks pregnant and then said to stop. I feel this is very early for a down regulated FET so we're worried to stop them when the time comes

First time poster overwhelmed with symptoms and considering self-medicating with bovine adrenals & NDT. Asking for advice & recommendations
TLDR: First time poster diagnosed Hashimotos and POI, investigating IBS which is potentially also autoimmune cause. Fatigue, depression and anxiety are ruining my life. Low Adrenal Index Test results so considering self-medicating with Bovine Adrenals. High TSH and anti thyroid antibodies, but low-end-of-normal

4th journey day 1!
So I feel like I’m really starting my 4th transfer journey today. I’ve had confirmation from the clinic that I had 10 eggs collected (donor but they are technically MY eggs!), 9 suitable to fertilize, and now have 7 little embryos! Waiting to find out how many made it to blastocyst. Started progesterone

Questions regarding an oestrogen cream (Ovestin) and its effect specifically on hypothyroidism but also in general

Am I Hypothyroid?
Hi, can anyone give me any feedback on the blood results I have received please? I am nearly 5 years into Surgical Menopause, Ovaries removed. More than likely I have Oestrogen Dominance which could be suppressing thyroid function as my Prolactin is currently very high (975miu/l) and soon to be investigated

Egg donation IVF
hello, 46 yo trying IVF by egg donation. Today is day 13 post transfer and I may need to leave to go home due to threat of war, before the 15th day blood/echo date. I have a “BioSynex” (french) at home test with me. Is it at all useful to take the at home test now? The only real difference I see, provided

weaning off progesterone. Headaches?
hi ladies 💗 I have been weaning off progesterone last week and stoped it completely last night (morning was the last dose). I had a slight headache last night and have had one all day today. I was on 400mg per day then moved down to 200mg per day for weaning off. Is this normal? Should I report it

Hi all.. we used our last euploid embryo for a FET 8 days ago. I got a BFN this afternoon and am devastated. Implantation Issues
Hi. I have been through 4 transfers with donor eggs. The first one was a miscarriage at 6 weeks. The other 3 were implantation failures. Following the 2nd and 3rd transfer, we went through KIR testing to check compatibility with donor and then had our three embryos PGTA tested. They all tested normal
