Reclast after Evenity
I just completed my 1 yr of Evenity and got good results on my DEXA. My Endocrinologist recommended Reclast IV. I’ve hesitated to take Bisphosphonates because of the side effects. Has anyone used Reclast after Evenity or Forteo ( in used 2016-2018). I also used Prolia from 2019 - 2023. I’m in the USA

it’s good to reach out
Got diagnosed with OP after MRI showed I had 4 compressed fractures in my thoracic spine and 2 more recent ones in lower, prior to this had pain for months and it wasn’t until I had seen an extended role physio that listened to me and made the referral. I was so shocked to receive diagnosis by letter

Regarding Evenity and Forsteo
Please may I ask if anyone in the UK has continued to be prescribed Forsteo beyond the ‘normal’ 2 years? And…. How many of you have been prescribed Evenity (uk) Thank you for your patience. Warmest wishes to you all, Margaret. X

Take nothing after Evenity
I finished with Evenity 3 months ago, tried Actonel and Raloxifine to hold on to the gains, both gave me bad migraine. My consultant is now suggesting I take nothing, just Vitamin D, will I hold on to the gains with just Vitamin D? I thought we had to have something to keep the gains.

Low Ferritin
Have tested low (below ref range) twice on Evenity, has anyone else had their ferritin tested whilst on a bone drug and seen low ferritin? I have read calcium can stop the absorbtion of iron which may be the reason, not sure. Thanks

After Evenity
I finished 11 months of Evenity and went onto very low dose Actonel (5 mg x 2 a week) which caused non stop bad migraine and achiness and aching teeth, I came off and was given Raloxifene. Will this be strong enough to keep the gains? Are the other biphsphonates the same as Actonel in side effects,

Actonel low dose and side effects
I have just come off Evenity and trying low dose Actonel to keep the gains, (building up hopefully) but at the moment 10 mg a week. I am suffering zig zag horrible migraine (have had 3 of those in the last 2 weeks on Actonel) but it could be withdrawal from the Evenity, not sure. Has anyone done low

BC pharmacare not paying for romosozumab
I am from BC Canada. My GP gave me a prescription for romosozumab/Evenity. I have 6 fractures of the spine the last few months and treating lymphoma also. I've been told by pharmacy that I would have to pay full price $666 per month till my $2,000 deductible is filled and then pharma care does not

Body cuts & fibromyalgia
Unusual question but I cut my leg the other day in a silly accident which left a nasty abrasive wound etc.Have been treating daily with antiseptic cream etc. Has anyone else found wound healing taking much longer to heal. I am on morphine based pain patches. Would this make any difference to the body

Diagnosed under 55
I’m looking specifically for men and partners of men who were diagnosed with de novo stage four prostate cancer at their initial diagnosis. The treatments are different and unfortunately so it the overall outlook. The younger men are diagnosed with PCa, the more aggressive the cancer tends to be.

shipping eggs
Hi everyone, Did anyone have success in changing clinics in fertilizing frozen eggs and getting more embryos out of them compared to previous attempts? I've had 3 embryos out of 9 unfrozen eggs ages 37 and 38 years and hoped to get more from the remaining 9 eggs, but the doctor in Greece (ARK IVF) suggested

Progesterone for ERA test
Hi there, I’m doing an ERA test soon and have been given oral utrogestan to take for my progesterone. For my FET I’ll be taking Cyclogest on a higher dose. So my question is does the medication need to be identical? I’m doing both at different clinics hence the slight variation. Grateful for advice

I was on this forum literally 26 days ago saying how devastated I was that my FET with my last Embie had failed and I had to resign myself to not being able to give my wonderful girl a sibling.
