Since bfp am currently in 5 weeks and waiting for my scan next week . I’m on progesterone support but I’m still having this occasional mild cramps in legs which then ends up with white spotting in panties. I feel like periods is coming and am so scared to go to bathroom . Feeling like periods is coming and then will see white spotting or discharge ( not sure what is it) .
Not sure what’s happening but bit scared of next week scan. Hope everything is ok.
I don’t have any other symptoms so far.
anybody has this symptoms of mild cramps combined with white discharge ? Would like to hear some stories on them . Is the 400 mg twice a day cyclogest is causing this ? No idea …as it’s bothering me thought will share it here ..

Hi white discharge that is milky like, is normal in pregnancy. If you have other symptoms with it like it is smelly, itchy down there etc then this could be an issue that you need your GP to look at. All the hormones do give period like symptoms, and I hear you (been there!) when you say that you’re scared to go to the toilet. I know it’s easier said than done but just try to think positive. Unless you have bad pains and have fresh bleeding, assume all is well and I use to keep reminding myself of this to get me through those anxiety driven moments. Xx
it’s normal to get a lot more discharge during pregnancy and if you don’t already I suggest you start wearing pantyliners while taking Cyclogest as your body only absorbs what it needs and spits the rest out.
I had very similar symptoms, especially the part where it felt like my period was coming and was only white discharge. Some of the white stuff was the Cyclogest(progesterone) residue which is normal and sometimes white milky watery stuff which was also normal.
I know it's scary, especially with the period like symptoms, just remind yourself all these things are normal.
If your symptoms are severe or bothersome then I'd get some medical reassurance, never hurts to be sure.
