cyclogest question
Ladies on/taken cyclogest progesterone pessary. I’m currently on 400mg Twice a day in my luteal phase, I’m around 11dpo and going to test on the day my period is due for pregnancy. I had a scan yesterday and my corpus luteum is still active and progesterone level was 38nmol/l. Beta HCG blood test

6dp5dt feeling low, worried and hopeless
Hi all, Just looking for some stories (negative and positive!) on transfers. We transferred a 3BB 5 day embryo Wednesday 19th and I'm taking progesterone vaginal pessaries 3 times a day. I've been feeling so emotional and I stupidly decided to test on a FRER which got a v v faint line on 4 and 5

Just looking for some advice really … I went to the EPAU yesterday for scan and bloods as I had a positive pregnancy, which has turned out to be a false positive. I’m on CD 35 and I got my peak OPK on the evening of CD 23 around 9pm. My scan showed a nicely thickened womb lining (with a white fluffy

Why do I feel so rundown on ibrance?
Hello, I am a breast cancer survivor, stage 4, her2- , estrogen and progesterone positive.I was on Ibrance and letrozole for around 2 yrs. I was told the pills usually only last 9 months. Almost Depends on the person. Every time I have my labs done my white count and neutrophils were too low.

Frozen DE treatment cycle different to FET with OE
Hello All, I think I’m missing something obvious but can anyone explain why a frozen DE treatment cycle plans the transfer for day 22-24 while both my FETs have been transferred on day 17 ish? I’m anxious because after a mmc with my last FET, I hope this was a sign of receptivity at 17 day mark and

Contraception and Epilepsy.
Evening ladies,This is just a quick one to see if anybody else has epilepsy and endo. One of the epilepsy meds is contraindicated with a lot of the pills. I didn't want the coil or implant and my neurologist is taking a while to get back with an answer and my GP is left hanging. I have been taking a

Progesterone levels?
Hi all, I seem to have become a serial poster of late and I really appreciate the responses. I'm struggling to find info about what Progesterone levels should be on embryo transfer and then going forward. I had a day 3 fresh ET and apparently my progesterone levels were 395 nmol/l on that day. It's now

Support needed please
Hi all, I took the plunge today and called the doctor to get more details on assisted conception. We have been trying for around 4 years with no luck. We both had test done last year (Sept-Dec) including blood tests, swabs, external and internal ultrasound and sample tests for my husband. We were told

MMC 12 weeks on progesterone
Hi all. I went for a 12 week scan this week following IVF and having seen the heartbeat at 7 weeks. Sadly all they could see was an empty sac, embryo is gone. I've to go for a further scan on Tuesday as the sac was still 25mm and been told to keep taking all meds until then. I'm on 2 lubion a day and

Mini pill causes acid reflux/gastritis?
I've been on the progesterone only mini pill (desogestrel) for 18 months now to help with endometriosis pains before I have surgery (hopefully early next year). 2 months after taking it, I noticed I was getting recurring acid reflux, lots of burping, and a bloated gurgling stomach so went to the GP and

Low progesterone
hi all, I’m currently in the 2 week wait and feeling very confused. i had my “day 21 progesterone “ yesterday which was day 30 of my 35-36 day cycle. My last cycle was 37 days so I figured I would have the blood test 7 days before my period would be due based on last month. I’m currently 7 days post

Bloating Tips
I am truly grateful to be BFP and have my first scan tomorrow but I’m currently really struggling with the bloating. It starts to get really bad from lunchtime and only really eases again by the next morning. When incidentally I get morning sickness! As the morning sickness goes, the bloating kicks in

12dp3dt negative test and horrible pains like I am getting my period despite being on progesterone shots. Is there any hope?
I am doing this all solo, so feeling very isolated at the moment. I have been having cramps since the transfer. A few days were less, but pretty much every day and then yesterday (11dp3dt) they were horrible, felt nauseous and so uncomfortable. I tested yesterday with Clearblue Ultra Early at 5pm,

Post ET
Dear all, I had my transfer 8 days ago but on the 6 day post ET my progesterone dropped pretty low. It was 12.2 on the day of transfer but on day 6 dropped at 5.07. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Is this normal?

Endometriosis and breast fibroadenomas
hello, I just wondered if anyone had experienced multiple fibroadenomas with endometriosis. I have deep infiltrating endometriosis. I had a breast biopsy last August due to a pea size lump in my breast which turned out to be a fibroid however since then I’ve had endo excision surgery, taken progesterone

Sensitive: update and lines/symptoms in case it's helpful
This shock natural pregnancy may actually be happening - I know this is sensitive and tbh I was quite resentful when I saw people getting pregnant naturally on here as I assumed it would never be me. We have been TTC for 10 years, never had a sniff of a bfp naturally, turned out to be a weird responder

Private endo strongly suspects I have PCOS
Hello, I have Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism and am on 162.5 mcg levo and 25 mcg T3. I'm slightly over medicated and trying to lower my dose gradually. Today I saw a private endo for the first time who looked at my fasting insulin (6.6) and said it shows I have insulin resistance. My testosterone is
