Letrozole
Good evening, looking to find a Dr to prescribe letrozole to boost ovulation for natural conception. Progesterone level
Hi I am 2 days post FET and my progesterone level from transfer day came back at it was 105. They said they were happy with anything over 100 so keep same levels of meds. This seems really close to the margin for me, especially as it feels like every time I use the Vaginal suppositories (Utrogestan and

follicles not rupturing?
has this happened anyone else? Since the very first consultation I had with my nhs clinic I mentioned my low progesterone and asked if they were sure I was ovulating. They basically said oh yeah like unless your cycles are 90 days long then you’re ovulating. And sure ivf will force ovulation anyway

Fluid in uterus before FET
Hi all, Hope everyone is doing well. Just wondering if anyone has been through this before or has any advice? At my day 12 scan before FET about 3mm of fluid was seen on my scan. She said it was tiny, very common and if she rescanned she probably won't have spotted it. I'm taking estrogen which the

My ‘thyroid journey’ has been an interesting one and now approaching its 4th year. I’m fairly convinced I don’t have autoimmune thyroid disease and relatively confident my adrenals play a big part in my symptoms, however it’s not just adrenals as I’ve tested myself on HC solo and it doesn’t work. Aaanyway

One more day to OTD and I'm losing my mind!
I'm finally due to test tomorrow after a FET (9dp5dt) and I've managed to hold off testing early. Like so many of us here I'm going a bit crazy with symptom spotting but haven't really had much, maybe some lower abdominal aching here and there and a fluttering feeling on and off since about day 3. I'm

A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
I think RLS can have several triggers, as well as several things that help. Sometimes it changes and what worked often does not neccessarily work each time. It may work again, but in the meantime, you need something else. Certainly avoiding foods or substances that bother and trigger the RLS, is a

Does HRT help with fibromyalgia?
Dear fellow sufferers, Until I was diagnosed with fibro in 2021, I believed I was suffering with PMT, Peri-menopause symtoms. However, I am now menopausal and finding that my fibromyalgia, when in flare mode or hormone lacking mode, I am suffering double bubble symptoms!!! Do others suffer in this

Thyroid - updated bloods - advice
Good morning, Just had the attached bloods back from Medichecks and wonder if anyone had any advice before I return to GP to discuss. I took the test at 7:30am after fasting overnight and within one hour of waking. I’ve put columns for previous tests in April and September for comparison. TSH

anyone else in the 2ww?
I had a FET today. My OTD is on 25 Jan and I’ll have a blood test. I’m usually a serial tester but I’m considering waiting this time to at least 7DP. Last time I went nuts and it wasn’t helpful. I’m doing a completely natural transfer - no trigger, no progesterone support. I’ve asked for a blood

Lack of progesterone
Hi ladies, I had a frozen transfer on Tuesday and they have checked my progesterone levels (low). Then they have increased from two pessaries to six a day, but something inside me kept telling me that it's not enough. So my clinic done another test on Friday and turned out still on a lower side (22.71

Question on Lubion
Hi wonderful people, inexhaustible source of wisdom. I had my (second) lining scan today, it was finally 7,3 mm and I was given the ok to start progesterone in preparation of FET day that will be next Saturday 🤞🤞🤞 I’ve been instructed to start cyclogest pessaries and lubion injections tomorrow.

Progesterone and Cramps
I started on progesterone on Sunday 1x400mg in the morning and 2x400mg at night. Is it usual to experience period like cramps? My transfer is planned for Friday and I’m worried that I don’t want my period to come prior to it.

Emma Alice opinions
Hello fellow IVF warriors. Apologies, I know Emma / Alice testing gets posted a lot but I would value any similar experiences. Quick back story - Miscarriage December 2022 (untested embryo, age 41) and 2 egg collections and 2 FET since both with euploid embryos. Didn’t even make it to OTD (upped

Pains after failed IVF transfer?
