Delayed period after cancelled FET

Hi everyone

Just looking for some advise or lived experiences!

I started progynova and after 5 days the dose was upped, then on 17th November I stopped altogether as my cycle was cancelled (they'd measured my lining wrong due to some adenomyosis)

I'm now on day 37 of my cycle! I've never had a cycle le this long before. The clinic have said it can delay things and if af not here by next week then to let them know

I had no progesterone, just the progynova

This happened to me in October. I had a cancelled cycle after starting progynova (also had down regulated the previous month with Prostap). Sorry to say I had to wait a whopping 64 days for my next bleed. I think the clinics can bring on a bleed, mine did give me that option, but personally I wanted to be as natural as possible after all of the IVF drugs. But could be an option to look into. I hope it won't be as long as that for you but just to reassure you although it was 64 days for me it did eventually arrive! X

Hiya, thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate it 😊 64 days is such a long time! Did they explain to you why this can happen? I've missed the cut off this month now because of Christmas so delayed another month which is frustrating, but they initially said i should start way before 6th december.

I contacted the clinic today and they suggested I come in for a scan on Wednesday... did you have a scan too? The emails are very vague so I hope to get some more information on Wednesday. Although it does feel like af could arrive any second now!

Thanks Diane. Day 41 now so the clinic have said to go for a scan on Wednesday. Do you know what they would be looking at? Thanks 😁
