Josh Rubin says this about how Hashi is treated …
“The conventional approach to treating Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis is to simply replace thyroid hormone with either synthetic or natural thyroid hormone.Today we want to share with you 3 ways this attack on self increases inflammation, therefore directly affecting your thyroid, your metabolism and your physiology.First

high progesterone at egg collection
Hi everyone. Has anyone been told to freeze all on day of egg collection due to high progesterone as they ovulated before egg collection? We only got 4 eggs and only two fertilised. Apparently if they’re not good enough quality blastocysts to freeze then they’ll consider a fresh transfer on day 5

Stopping IVF Meds + 12 weeks
I am 12+3 days today. I have been asked to stop the progesterone and estrogen. I am a bit worried about stopping them. Did any one get a weaning schedule and did not have to stop it just on one day? What is the best way to do this? Looking for advice and guidance.

Spotting during 2WW
Hello! Hope everyone is managing to stay cool! 🥵 As the title suggests I’ve been having a bit of spotting during my TWW. It started the night of 4DP5DT and then a little more on 5DP & 6DP. I did call the clinic but the nurse said there’s not much they can do and to just keep up with the progesterone

5kg weight loss with Hypothyroidism
Hi, I have been trying this diet plan for the past 6 weeks, since 26 Sep 2022 and am happy to report that I have lost 5kgs to date. Basically, I watch my macros on a ratio of 2 servings veggies, 1 serving protein and 0.5 serving of carbs every meal. I eat 3 meals per day every 4 hours. Then I leave

3DP5DT FET T
Hello ladies, I had a natural FET at a new clinic on Thursday, all very different to any cycle that I've done before. This time the only thing I've been given was a trigger shot immediately after the FET. Has anyone heard or had his themselves? I'm slowly going out of my mind knowing that I'm going

Been discharged
Good morning, all. I'm just back again with another update. As of a telephone consultation I had with my NHS endocrinologist this morning, I have been effectively discharged from NHS care regarding everything thyroid-related. She is a new endocrinologist for me, who has taken over from my previous endocrinologist

Getting there slowly ....
I've been under the weather for a while - firstly intolerant to Teva T4, changed brand to one that suited me, then moved to NDT (probably too soon before giving T4 mono-therapy longer to work), found NDT was triggering chronic back spasms (boy was that not fun!), only getting 5 hrs sleep a night, so

Progesterone then starting period. Confusion.
Hello everyone. So I’ve been on progesterone to delay period whilst I was away. They said I’d come on today and has to be by midday to start meds tomorrow. My question. . My periods are always light and never really a full ‘flow’. So I had a slight brown bleed at 10:45 this morning ( more than spotting

We’re out. I haven’t cried. Am I numb or just hardened?
So yesterday was OTD and we got the dreaded BFN. My spotting wasn’t implantation it was my period trying to come and as soon as I stopped the progesterone injections yesterday AF made her unwelcome appearance. During my first IVF cycle this crushed me and it took me two weeks to stop crying. This time

Private doctor prescribing T3: south Wales, SW?
I've been privately prescribed T3 and NDT for some years. The prescribing doctor is packing up, so no more scripts from them after early 2023. I will ask NHS Wales to take over prescribing. I want to be on the front foot – have some names of NHS endocrinologists who'll prescribe T3 as well as T4

Dutch Test Results Help
Hello, I was wondering if anyone is able to help with dutch test results for cycle mapping - mapping the patterns of estrogen and progesterone throughout a cycle. I am still struggling with hair loss so thought this might give me some insight. The way I am reading it is lower than desired progesterone

Where to buy Erfa AND t3 without a prescription
Hi all, Please could anyone PM me a source of either erfa NDT or T3 without prescription? I do currently receive a prescription but it's so expensive and I don't like being so restricted by the consultant; I'd like to be able to make small changes without permission! Thanks all. 🙏
