Strange prolonged chronic headache
I have some red flags about changing pattern and dizziness and chronic pain, but in same time I never had a
seizure
, vomiting, and cognitive impairment.

Mother of infant with intractable epilepsy
What i'd like to know is does it hurt when having a grand mal
seizure
, as he looks and sounds like he is in pain but I have no way of knowing.

Mourning the Loss
I always have that little part at the back of my mind that says; "Wait, are we having a
seizure
? Or maybe a stroke?". I try to think about it in a way that makes sense, but it never truly works.

Seizure.
You tell him the situation, and what to do; "Relax, I'm about to have a
seizure
, just make sure I don't bang my head off anything".

I have been a diabetic patient for the last 20 years almost. In February and again in August I had an attack of seizure. What is the cause?
I am now under medication for
Seizure
. I need to know the actual cause of the
seizure
which has not happened in 51 years.

THIS JUST IN
This would be a problem usually because it means if I go down on meds, I'd have more seizures, but as I had my UTI which lowered my
seizure
threshold when I had the last fit, I can go down on the meds safely now that it is gone. So hopefully, I'll feel alright soon.

Hahahahaaaa, finally, some good news.
Well, apparently it increases the chances of having a
seizure
, by quite a bit. So quite a few seizures I've had could be down to that (and most probably were). Usually not such a great thing. In this case, it's the best news I've heard in a while.

Seizure Number 8
I went over my right shoulder (as I usually do) as began my crazy dance moves (a
seizure
). Weird thing was though, this time, I was concious through the whole thing, which might mean the medication is working to an extent.

Have you seen someone else have a seizure? Would you know how to deal with it if you did?
It occurred to me that I have never seen anyone else have a
seizure
in real life, despite being diagnosed about 13 years ago and having seizures myself on a regular basis for the first 7 of those years.
