Personal experiance if eyes (Bloodshot, big pupils) tell you anything about seizuring?

I have noticed my sons size of pupils fluctuate alot and not in line with light level.

Also I have noticed when he is having a bad time with seizures (some of his are sub clinical - others are of a hullicination, loss of focus etc nature) his eyes become bloodshot.

Anyone else noticing this and or got feedback from neuro's wether this is potentially related to seizure activity? t

Hi Teelee,

It can be one of the side effects during and after a seizure. I have permanently bloodshot eyes, mainly due to allergies. They do not change whether I have a seizure or not. Please speak to Neurologist in this regard.
