She was just walking with two in the home prior to the
seizure
. We have to celebrate these triumphs as it can all change in a blink of an eye as we know and I know that permanent immobility will happen.

anyone else that had epilepsy as a result of ECT or been warned that it can cause it or that Neuroleptics (anti-psychotics and some anti convulsants can case this)The only thing I can say is that people should be made aware of the treatment risks and certainly if you have a grande mal after your first

Hi there
In fact my first
seizure
happened close to the end of November (2016).. So I'm still in the process of learning how to live with it.. I have tonic-clonic seizures as well as nocturnal seizures..

Realizing Something
My anxiety is centered around my brain, and I have a fear of fainting,
seizure
, stroke, brain tumor, etc which I know are all a long shot because I'm a healthy 20 year old girl.

Fibromyalgia?
Because I went through a period of dizzy spells which were very severe resulting in a collapse and
seizure
on 1 occasion I was referred to a neurologist. The the GP thought I may have MS but my brain scan came back clear and the neurologist put it down to vaso vagal and the spasms down to anxiety.

Stabbing head
About 2 weeks ago I believe I had a focal
seizure
as I had stabbing pains in the top of my head, I felt panicky and as if I couldn't swallow so was repetitively trying to swallow. After about a Minuit it calmed down though I couldn't get my words out straight away.

Finally introducing myself
But then on Mother's Day 2014, I had a
seizure
and was unconscious for days in the hospital and was told I had a lesion on my right temporal lobe. We decided to have cyberknife and that was working very well, it was shrinking up. But in January 2015 it had grown back, and was surgically removed.

Functional movement disorder
The guy had a migraine brain likewise you have a
seizure
brain and when you get stressed out that will trigger a
seizure
. The reason you never had one was because you don't have stress. Now that you're pregnant it's a huge stress on your body and will bring on the seizures.

Professor Graham Hughes' Blog May 017
Many of my previous blogs have tried to highlight some of the frequent “non-thrombotic” manifestations such as memory loss,
seizure
, migraines, ‘cold circulation’ and chest pains – symptoms more likely due to blood ‘sludging’ than outright thrombosis.

Is it Meds or FND???
The ones not listed in the warnings are: More movements in my arms (more shaking), worse walking (curling of feet/toes and legs more, more
seizure
activity, and vocally I struggle any ways, but Oh my crap.. my talking has been really messed up in the last month.

How to help but not intrude?
We talked to him today and it appeared he had an epilepsy
seizure
and swollen brain. He was released after a week in hospital. He really looks bad and without thinking I offered we could do some shopping for him if he needs anything. But then I went home and started to think.

Pregnancy and seizure
I was
seizure
free until 2016 again had a sleep
seizure
put my meds up to 750mg twice a day. Now took me ages again but wanted and am pregnant with our second and final child I've had another sleep
seizure
. Doctor has put me up to 1000 mg twice daily. Firstly does this sound a lot?

Questions for Dr Jon Stone
I nearly had a
seizure
when seeing him - couldn't find a word which can trigger me but luckily it popped into my head; my husband and kids say the colour just drains out of my already very white Northern Irish face - I reckon he saw that.

GIANT CELL TEMPORAL ARTERITIS AND THE LINK TO SEIZURES
However, last year I had a
seizure
and had three more since. There is a research paper by P.L.Silbert and E.G. Stewart-Wynne entitled "Seizures and giant cell arteritis: what is the relationship?".
