Health Anxiety?????
Even after all the tests, I continue to have my panic attacks thinking that I will pass out, have a
seizure
, or have something else go wrong with my health, etc. If there was something wrong, the doctor would have definitely caught it right? I just need some reassurance.

Spirolactone drives my potassium up and puts me in danger of a
seizure
. Furosemide can counter this but strips sodium. The liver team really don’t want me on diuretics at all because of liver damage but I’m permanently in hospital being drained.

Little did I know things were not, the food triggered an anxiety attack and I went into a
seizure
and it was imbarrasing for all. My stress level and my depression is causing me to have seizures I start shaking uncontrollably.

HOW ARE YOU MANAGING WITHOUT MEDICATIONS?
My body has the opportunity to use its healing energies to put everything back in tune after the
seizure
. Before it used to take at least 3 days, now after 1 day, I'm back on the ladder again. I feel more grounded and connected with the joys of living. But this may not be way with everyone.

Epilepsy Support and Advice
With a very positive outlook on life, and by now an outgoing attitude, I realised that the barriers of epilepsy were easy to cross, which lowered subconscious stress, and I believe resulted in the reduced
seizure
frequencies.

Had enough of being fobbed off !
However nobody (i.e GPs) seems to want to help, even though clearly my RA isn't under control (I am on 2000 mg a day of sulfasalazine I cant have Methotrexate as I am also epileptic and that Methotrexate would interact with my Carbamazaipine for my
seizure
control so I cant have it.)

Trying to find some sort of alarm to make aware having a epileptic seizure, have JME, my last aura did not show on heart rate?
Is there some sort of electrical watch or bracelet which I could wear all the time which could warn myself or people nearby that I am going to have a JME
seizure
?

In need of support
Couple of minutes later, the hospital phoned me to say he had a
seizure
and had gone into respiratory arrest, and had put him in an induced coma.

seizure
in 14 years! :) But I still worry Also my cycle is supposed to start any day now (sorry TMI) So maybe that too? I haven’t gotten the flu shot yet I was sick in almost the end of Dec until New Years on Jan 1st Could I have built up immunity somehow?

Tremors at night?
I woke up and watched him at first I thought it might be a
seizure
. But it was more like the tremors in his leg only it was his entire body. The total time from the start to finish is less than a minute.

Hello! Coming to terms and Options
This doctor has offered two options to consider -
seizure
medicine to control the focal seizures and the other is surgery. He said that if i take the
seizure
medicine then I would have to take them for the rest of my life as many people (it's similar to people with epilepsy).

Brain Shocks When Falling Asleep
I sit, or stand there, petrified, and notice my head twitching for a second like a
seizure
before I'm back to normal, but scared senseless. So .. despite how tired I already am, I'll just stay up until I actually pass out on the couch.

Is this okay?
I have never had a
seizure
, at least I dont think I have. I dont have anyone in my immediate family who has had a
seizure
, so why would I get seizures? I don't take any medications that would cause seizures and I don't do any drugs that would give me an increased chance of getting seizures.
