HOW ARE YOU MANAGING WITHOUT MEDICATIONS?

It would be interesting to hear from you if you gave up on taking medications, what did you experience? After 35 years using them I never found a combination that worked. Nocturnal seizures twice a month still continued. I hated the brain fog, sleepiness and damages of acid reflux, etc. So I decided I would prefer to manage without. Be more in control, clearer in my head, although my long/short term memory is still severe. I am now more sensitive and creative. Awareness of the whole body is stronger and I have found a balance and confidence with body/mind workings. My body has the opportunity to use its healing energies to put everything back in tune after the seizure. Before it used to take at least 3 days, now after 1 day, I'm back on the ladder again. I feel more grounded and connected with the joys of living. But this may not be way with everyone. Minnie UK.
