Knees and hips
I'd love to hear how other people have dealt with achey hips and knees - and managed to keep
running
. Thanks everyone!

Hooray - it’s finally fun!
As someone who once loved
running
, but have been off with injuries and illness for 4-5 years, and found the programme really tough, I am ecstatic to have found the fun again. I know there will always be good and bad runs, but it has been so long since my last truly joyful one.

Week 2.
The slow
running
is just right for me. Not even huffing today. Has anyone else noticed their blood pressure going down. Had mine done at the doctors. Usually high coz of white coat syndrome. It was the lowest it's been in a few years. Another benefit, yeah!

Minor Calf Strains (Pulled Calf)
It also had the bonus of being able to record some
running
podcasts, using the walking sections to record my chatter and music tracks from Spotify for the
running
sections. Great fun.

Started
running
then stopped as my knee injury came back from years ago. So will try something else.

A bit more about speed
So, enjoy your
running
. Find out what makes it meaningful for you, and never get hung up on the numbers, they are not necessarily your friend.

Week 4 blues
Having successfully got to
running
for 3 minutes reasonably comfortably, I started week 4 this morning. I couldn’t manage to run for 5 minutes and I’m feeling disappointed in myself. I’m wondering if it’s just me who is struggling with the step up? Thank you for reading. 😀

8 weeks pregnant constant nausea
It’s manageable but I’m struggling a bit at work as nothing improves the constant feeling of nausea and I’m
running
out of food options that i can face.

Plan D no monthly payment too good to be true?
"Looking at an expected giant drug cost for 2024 for my wife, and
running
the Medicare compare site it seems that the zero cost Wellcare plan has a lower total cost than any other of the 27 plans offered in my area.

Rather Pleased
Another milestone reached having completed W6 R3 with 25 minutes continuous
running
. Amazing thinking back 6 weeks to when I was struggling with 3 minute intervals!I knew I had to control my pace as otherwise I would have been out of puff, disheartened and stopped.

CATCH-UP-CORNER... OCTOBER... WEEK 3...Slip off your running shoes and...waddle in !
We start out, maybe feeling very unsure and lacking in confidence, but coming onto the forum, becoming part of this
running
family, we are immediately strengthened.

Acalabrutinib and Skin Cancers
I would appreciate it if others taking Acalabrutinib who are also
running
into rampant appearance of skin cancer lesions might let me know their situation please? Thankyou.
