Levothyroxine and Propranolol
However, I am of the opinion that my metabolism is
running
more slowly than perhaps it should, and has been for many years. I do not relish the thought of reducing T from current 200mcg per day. Now, my understanding is that T4 is converted to T3.

It's the January Quest, New Years Resolutions welcome :)
PS the photo is what you get when you put ‘cat
running
in trainers with a bottle of champagne’ into an AI thingie, is this inspirational or what??? (You are actually allowed to answer ‘Whattt????’)

How do you know when your ventolin is used up?
I heard some of the content is propellant but how do you know if you are getting the medication and whether it is near
running
out. I rarely had to use my ventolin - mostly when developing a chest infection. Now i need it more often. It could do with a counter on it like Fostair.

Well, that's another one ticked off - Week 6, Run 2
I'm
running
in the country park where I did the second half of C25K first time - plus much of my post graduation
running
. I wandered around part of a lake for my 3 minute walk. Did the second 10 minute run.

Week 9 run 1 done 🎉
It's been absolutely great
running
somewhere new - I've run on cliff tops, along beaches, in a harbour town... All very lovely - and very different to my normal
running
location!

RED January week 1 ☑️
I’ve been away for a few days to Essex and Kingston upon Thames with GTFC so it’s been good
running
in the morning in new places. We even did Bushy Park parkrun.

Another Lakeland run
Hope everyone’s
running
is as enjoyable as mine was and is. For those earlier in your
running
journey, this would have felt impossible to even imagine when I started. Week 1
running
sections felt like they lasted forever and I only just managed the increases each week. It never felt easy.

One year anniversary
I remember after that first minute
running
how I thought I was going to die and never get through the 9 weeks....but I did.
Running
has changed my life in so many ways, all that initial pain was definitely worth it.

W3R1 - BH morning run
So I put on my
running
clothes, set up NHS podcast for week 3 and hoped I will be able to run twice as much as last week. Me and my lurcher doggy go out from the door and started warm up walk and getting all the doggy business out of the way.

Stressing
I've been a bit quiet for a while but that doesn't mean to say I've stopped
running
. I've been ringing the changes with my runs and really enjoying them. Our park run was cancelled last week as part of the course was flooded but I got on the treadmill instead.

Post Graduation Run
I just kept on
running
and trying to concentrate on my posture and breathing, then all of a sudden my watch clicked at me… I’d completed a full 5k without stopping and pretty much without realising.

No wind this morning
There was no expectation on speed just an aim for 10km
running
to the next village knowing on the way back I could add to the run to complete the 10km but could also finish at 8km. At 6.5km decision made, aiming for 10km and successfully completed in 63.22 minutes.

Going with the negative splits!
As a bonus, when I checked the stats later I discovered that I had done negative splits - something I never seemed to manage when I was
running
over on the Bridge.

Back again, starting again
Hello all, just popped back in as I have started doing C25K again 6 years after first doing it.That 1st time was a success and I had 2 lovely years of
running
doing 10Ks, half marathons, GNRs and all sorts.

W1R2 done (again)
Just finished W1R2 of my
running
recovery journey. It's weird to feel limited by my leg rather than by my cardiovascular system!

Unable to print Kardia ECG from ancient iPad
I've just spent a totally frustrating time trying to get around my 10 year old iPad,
running
IOS 12.5.5 (cannot be updated apparently) to print an analysis report from my Kardia for my husband.
