I have just completed Week 6 Run 3 and had the same thought as LeeU of running a further 5min.. but stuck to the plan too.
First time today I checked how far I walked (2*5 mins) and ran (25mins) and I am super happy to have read 5.3 Kms on my phone .. and this is purely for that session.
I wonder if i'll be able to run 5 Km in 30min.. 3 weeks to find out .πββοΈ
