Haven't done much running this week just the one. Played 6 a side football last night and will go to parkrun this weekend but the good thing is I'm off next week so I'm going to try and get a 10k in. What I am really enjoying is the sprinting on the Nike run app and I've noticed it does improve your times

I've been doing interval runs at the gym if the weather's been too awful (so pretty frequently, really).Apart from the fact that they're less boring than a long run on a treadmill they definitely help with the times.
I've noticed the interval runs definitely improve my 5k times and the big thing for me is going under 30 minutes I really want to achieve this my pb is 30.27 on a hilly parkrun any tips to achieve my goal is greatly appreciated
