As one of the commenters from this video joked, ‘No, she hasn’t started to do some yoga for young cows’, but a session focussed on your lower legs!
And as our lower legs are a key body part for all our activities, from walking, running to rowing, I just thought I’d post here, also to ensure I have a reminder to try out this session this weekend!
Thank you so much for sharing. As you know, I have rubbish calves which have been the bane of my life ever since I started running although thankfully don't really seem to be affected too badly by walking. I will see if I can give this a go, although with my problem with floor work (i.e actually getting off the floor after I've finished) might cause some challenges. I'll let you know how I get on 😁
Finally!! I did this one after this mornings run! And it was a great session for my calves!
Loved being on the yoga mat, but I didn’t have my knee pads and struggled with my sensitive knees as usual. Must make sure I have my knee pads in the right place. They are so much better than using pillows. But good thing is the forward fold folded more than I last remember, down dogs are easy, wild thing I do with half wild thing (knees down), but plank strength and technique has disappeared completely!
