Vasculitis Treatment 2
Hello, tomorrow I have my 2nd vasculitis treatment (high-dose steroids plus
rituximab
) and just wondering if there is much difference between the 1st and 2nd treatment in terms of reactions and side effects? Grateful for any feedback, thank you.

Possible relapse, trouble seeing Rheumatologist.
Put on pred and mycophenolate initially, then two rounds of
rituximab
. I have been med free since 2016 other than Septrin. My first flare included episcleritis. Something I had never suffered before or since. That is, until a couple of months ago.

Does anyone on similar meds to me for RA have Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
I've been on
rituximab
and Lefludomide for about ten years and all is reasonably stable. However over about five years I've developed IBS symptoms - wont repeat them here. They do limit what I can do and wonder if anyone else has suffered from them.

Ibrutinib failure
I was able to be stabilised in the hospital.Taken off Ibrutinib, fed antibiotics, steroid's, oxygen and morphine for pain relief. The glands were a gradual build up,put down to just fighting an infection until I was admitted. So plan B was instigated a couple of days ago..now on to the Venetoclax and

From RA to Lupus. High dose pred questions.
Pending the results of some further tests it’s been suggested that
rituximab
could be the next step. Thanks for reading. We felt like we were getting a good understanding of rheumatoid arthritis but now there’s a whole lot more to learn ☹️

How long rituximab?
I had my second ritibumax Infusion on 5th June. For the last three weeks my RA seems to be getting worse not better. I'm at the point where getting past 2pm in the afternoon without having to rest is almost impossible due to tiredness plus alot of pain especially in my hands, knees, ankles and shoulders

STATIC dilemma
Hi I am coming up to year 6 on the Flair trial, on the ibrutinib and
rituximab
arm. Ibrutinib has worked very well for me with none of the major side effects, but many irritating minor side effects.
