GPA flare sinus pain
As the GPA took so much treatment with cyclophosphamide and
rituximab
to get under control the first time around, my IGG is so low that I will now need to go on immunoglobulin replacement.

Rituximab after effects
This is about my fifth cycle of
Rituximab
and so far its been fine, although I have felt tired afterwards. This time it was two months later than the normal six months. I had the first of the two three days ago and am still feeling very tired but also have nausea.

My two year on ibrutinib check up
I find reading about the experience of others on the forum about their treatment experiences has been enormously helpful to me. Treatment is the big boogeyman for many of us and it helps to see how people work through. So I thought I would return the many favors and report on my two year ibrutinib anniversary

Rituximab quandary
Due to this, my Rheumatologist suggested that I stop Orencia and start
rituximab
. I've failed several other DMARDS and biologics, but am not officially RA or Lupus. My diagnosis is UCTD.

SLE, Lupus Nephritis and IVF
So 2 years of rattling like a pill bottle on various high dose steroids and immunosuppressants and
Rituximab
/ Truxima and honestly struggling to carry on with normal life I was finally told I'm clear to try a last ditched attempt at a family.

Take both Nplate and Rituximab at the same time
I took my first injection of
Rituximab
two days ago. Even my Platelet count fell to 1000 after injection but doctors still want to keep me on treatment with
rituximab
. And also they want to start the Nplate for me today .

First line above at 69Y: Venetoclax vs Ibrutinib vs BR
So far: 1) Venetoclax -they claim its the least side effects treatment (despite she does not have 17p deleton they say will be very effective) 2) Ibrutinib effective, but too risky in therms of side effects 3) Bedumastine +
Rituximab
cost effective but risk of infection (extra added cost) From all

Mantle Cell Lymphoma Treatment
Just wonder if anyone participates in Window 2 clinical trial of MD Anderson where patients receive Ibrutinib in the first 4 months, combine with
Rituximab
and add Venetoclax in month 5. Chemo will be followed if in the medium and high risk.

Tocilizumab or Baricitinib?
Came off Enbrel as conditioned worsened, so started a new Biologic,
Rituximab
- two 6 hourly infusions, 2 weeks apart. This was supposed to last for 6 months. However, I have had no improvement whatsoever.

So the final moment came...we need treatment
The doctor said its our choice whether
Rituximab
+ some additions, or Ibrutinib. I was thinking Ibrutinib is safe until the latest trial in BG, where 8 out of 10 people dies mainly from cardiovascular issues and the doctor observed himself.

Is low IgM a side-effect of CLL drug treatment?
Does IgM tend to be remain low as a result of taking
Rituximab
[Rituxan] or other CLL drugs? Are there any known drug or nutraceutical [nutritional supplements] remedies for elevating IgM back to normal levels? Higsby

Frustrated
painful and very swollen they decided to draw fluid from it and inject steroid to relieve the swelling but were unable to get any fluid out as they said my muscles had tightened around the joint too much, so was sent home with 3 leaflets to decide what I would like to try next, Adalimumab, Abatacept or

Adult with ITP and Antiphospholipid Antibodies
I’ve taken my first injection of
Rituximab
(Zytux) two days and doctors hoped it can boost my platelet count, but it couldn’t. My Platelet count today was 3000 that is to low. I was wondering if someone here is familiar with condition like me?

Starting Treatment
My Onc/Hem wants to pt me on Ambruvica plus 6 month of
rituximab
infusions. Imbruvica will cost me $10K a year out of pocket, which is doable but will really stretch my budget.

Retuximab protocol
Hello everyone
Rituximab
is considered 1st line treatment for membranous nephropathy. It would be the ideal drug , if you still have active disease. It works to decrease the antibody that we think causes membranous nephropathy. 9 years ago it was a very expensive treatment ( drug).
