Bit of super happy hope
Hey girls Just had to let you all know. A good friend of mine did a frozen transfer. Got a positive beta of 3000. Then had really bad bleeding, was on bed rest, we were all terrified it was over... Yesterday they did an eco.. Two little sacks complete with heart beats :) This is her second attempt

Should I start again after a month break?
Hi! I started Couch to 5k in September and loved it... it was hard but going well and I progressed to week 4 d1. However, I then had a virus, and was ordered by the doctor to have bed rest so had to stop the program. This lasted 2 weeks, and then it took me another 2 weeks to get back to into it. I

Fatigue and Itching
I've been going through a rough patch recently with fatigue and its really been getting me down, as it is having a knock on effect on my daily life. I'm usually a positive and easy going person but this is really testing me this time. I have decided to prescribe myself complete bed rest for a couple

Bilateral Pudendal nerve decompression surgery
Has anyone had this surgery? I had mine on 08/26 because 2 ligaments entrapped my pudendal nerve. I did not have pain in my genital area - it just went numb after a period of about 9 months. The doctor recommended surgery immediately because the fact that I went straight to numb and didn't have the

Red yeast to cut cholesterol?
Red
yeast
rice
is used in Chinese medicine to lower cholesterol and can be bought as a supplement from health food shops. It contains a powerful natural chemical, monacolin K, which is used in statins, as well as plant sterols (which stop cholesterol being absorbed by the gut).
