Cimzia arrived today!
Was very excited - but when I opened the first box I started to feel sick with nerves! I have had to come off of Enbrel as it has stopped working for me (was wonderful for 2.5 years), Enbrel is easy as the injector pen does it all for you. Seeing actual injections is freaking me out, still waiting

Hello, My name is Vickie. I was born in New Zealand but have lived in both England and New Zealand over my life time. Your very lucky in Britain to have an excellant health service for rare diseases like childhood liver disease and even adult liver disease. Although we have had a liver transplant centre

Just diagnosed APS, Already have MS, Need support and advice please
Hi, I have MS, I was dx when I was 28 - now 37. It is a definite diagnosis. I had what I thought was a killer MS relapse 2 and a half years ago, and have been in a wheelchair ever since. I had a CT scan, told no, not a stroke and home I went packed full IV of steroids. Then, last October - I'm now 37

5 months since diagnosis of Viral Meningitis and still suffering.
I am a mother of three young children (ages 5, 3 and 1) and can not figure out how to get over this illness. I never spent time in the hospital as I was already feeling a little better once I finally got diagnosed two weeks into my symptoms. I caught a random cold last week and although I am on antibiotics

Stumbled on a useful supplement - vitimin B complex with brewers yeast
Hi everybody I'm generally just a lurker, reading everyone else's blogs, but I thought I'd put this out to see if anyone else has used it or has any feedback. I had a long period of illness where I took some antibiotics, and I remembered years ago a pharmacist telling me to take vitimin B complex

has anyone else been affected by their mother's taking stilbesterol (DES)?
in 1953 my mother was prescribed the oestrogenic stolbesterol after 10 years of miscarriages, and told bed rest + this med for 9 months could help her carry a baby full term. she was delighted to avoid another miscarriage, but upset when the news broke in '71 that stilbesterol had been banned internationally

Life as it has been for me since I can remember.
My name is Jenn Gallegos. I am trying to find out if it would be worth my time and money to travel in order to see a specialist for Antiphospholiipid Syndrome. I would like to provide some background information about me and how these antibodies have completely brought my life to a sudden halt.

"FEET" Worse affected but nobody cares!
Why is it that when we have our DAS score taken feet are never considered, and yet they seem to be the most affected. I'd like to share my story about my feet. Within the first few years I was beginning to realize that my feet were taking the brunt of this illness. Unable to even get around the house
