Hi every 1 ain't been in for a couple of days been really ill , think I on the mend 2 day as not been sick yet , and just had some food for the 1st time since last Wednesday, hope you all good and still smoke free like me , to be honest i couldn't of smoke d if I wanted to been over the loo much lol 🙈😢 , have a good day my friend s i still on bed rest , hopefully be up full of life 2 morrow xxxxxxx👍🏻😒😒😒😒

Nice to hear from you Kimmie. .... I thought of you and wondered what was up... You sure got hit with the flu ... My girlfriend is really sick too... I read people who quit smoking can get really sick..... Should be the opposite

Hi every 1 , omg been so ill , thought I was on the mend 1 day and the next was so unwell had to call medics out as could not stop being sick. They gave me a injection and after a while it stopped, the said its gastroenteritis, never felt so ill , not even had smoke patches on for 4 days ,, so looking forward to a cuppa of tea not had 1 for days , just had my 1st hand full of rice with chicken ,just hopeing it stays down , hope you all well and not stressing out , think it's my 7 th week 2 morrow not sure , ain't been with it all week 😷😷😷😷 take care me lovely s 💐💐💐💐💐💐😢😢😢🌺

Oooh that's not good kimmie..... Had it one Christmas couldn't even get to see what Santa bought me 🙁

Do try flat lemonade or tonic water...... You will find it helps restore your energy levels 😊
