3 am protocol for T3, please tell me about it?
Please could you tell me what I need to know about the 3 am protocol for T3? Does there need to be a gradual transition from split dosing? Anything else I should know? I have been on T3 only for some years and recently have been very tired and depressed, for me the usual symptoms of being hypo. T3

Gallstones are actually a hernia/ulcers
Hi everyone, hope you are all as well as you can be. I had my endoscopy this week to see if they could find the suspected gallstones. Instead they found a large hiatus hernia, plus multiple stomach ulcers. This explains why I have been in so much pain, in a constant state of nausea, and off work for

Asthma Annual GP Review
This year I attempted to be proactive. I diligently took 14 days’ worth of peak flows, and I completed an online EConsult form which has an Annual Asthma Review page. I was hoping that this would result in a response saying nothing more than ‘thank you - no change’. My wife was convinced that I was

Had an NStemi and stent fitted in Oct last year. Obviously a shock and have been following all advice, did cardiac rehab and going on daily walks and gym twice a week. I asked GP surgery for cholesterol blood test to see if it had gone down further and particularly if bad cholesterol had gone down. However

Hepatic Encephalopathy is this normal
Im wondering if anyone else has experienced this with a loved one. As yet again I'm literally in despair as my husband is having yet another episode of HE and he's disappeared from house in his old Army smock with his medication tonight I've rang him and he's talking nonsense about being somewhere but
