Yesterday I had MOHS surgery on my nose, followed by reconstructive surgery to fill the gap.

Hi All, I'm scheduled for a delayed pedicled TRAM flap right breast reconstructive surgery on March 7, 2025. [u]Should I consider DELAYING surgery if it means I can have a DIEP flap instead[/u]? Here's the thing: everything is TOTALLY LINED UP for my current schedule TRAM flap for 3/7/25.

I had a Craniotomy procedure 10 months ago I still have the right side of my scull exposed awaiting reconstructive surgery My head seems to swell quite a bit at the moment again where it’s exposed does anyone else have this problem

I had gluteal reconstructive surgery. The anaesthetist suggested I should increase my pred. So I did the sick day rule and added 5. Three days after surgery I had a Vasovagal event and the crash cart was called. I had a concussion and stayed in hospital a further two nights.

I was supposed to receive reconstructive surgery and have titanium implant to protect the sensitive area where my skin is my only protection to my brain. That was supposed to be 3-6 months after the initial surgery.

I was first diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2001 I had a mastectomy with reconstructive surgery followed by chemo and radiation. Following that I was put on Tamoxifen Arimidex and Taxol. After being off for 5 years last year in 2022 I was diagnosed in the other breast with cancer.
