Urgent advice please - my 37 yr old son
Some of you will know my traumatic story of 36 years of 'misdiagnosis' of being told I have simple hypothyroidism. In Jan. 2017 I paid for private blood test and proved I've got Hashimotos. Since then I have discovered how to recover & am now in the best health I have been in since 1981 (or even before

Endometriosis and Nutrition
Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences about nutrition with managing their endo symptoms. I had my second lap 3 and a half weeks ago. It went well in that they found tissue in various places and ablated it. I am currently building up with walks etc and

Problems absorbing vitamins from your diet?
I went to see my GP on Monday because I’ve been feeling low which is very unlike me and I’ve been hugely fatigued for months to the point where I have to force myself out of bed to go to work, feel like I want to sleep 24hrs of the day, have no motivation for anything...you get the message - she looked

Amitriptiline for headaches
What are your thoughts on amitriptiline for headaches please? I’ve just seen my GP as I started getting unbearable headaches for 2-3 days a week 2 months ago. I haven’t had a headache for 7 years since I left work to start a family. I don’t have any unmanageable stress and haven’t made any recent diet
