I read this today. I already take b3 so I’ll continue. They recommend a pretty low dose. Also take thiamine hcl. 3 g a day.
Have you noticed any improvements with thiamine?

I have read a great long article on this which I will try to find and post, it sounded amazing right up until the end when it said that nicotinamide riboside has a possible brain cancer link... only possible ....but once you here that it kind of puts a damper on the hopful possibilities.

Go wrong with the B VITS. He has just started with a mega Vit b complex which has 75mg b1 and 100 mg magnesium plus others...Thompsons , we are in NZ.he also takes 250 MG B1 as well... (half a 500mg)
500 MG B1 seems a lot
to start so we will increase slowly.
