Hi I am hypothyroid (ords type ) . On liothyronine only .

Made some changes lately and having a breakthrough . Ok may not last but one or All of these changes coincide with it so query reason .

1. Lowered dose of liothyronine and t3 in range even If take tablet before bloods . Felt rough for initial 2 weeks but persevered as thought maybe running high t3 above range may have wore me out in a similar way a stimulant recreational drug can long term.

2. Been taking 4000 I units of vitamin d for about 2 months. I was low before taking but not super low

3. Taking vitamin b complex- advised on here thank you.- for 1 month now .my b12 was middle of range but advised to get it to top of range . Don't know what it is since taking this

4. Taking multivitamin again.( had stopped for about 3 months as wasnt sure if mad a difference ) .Been reintroduced for about 3 months

5.Brazil nuts 2 to 3 daily .almost daily .ànd selenium before that. Buy that has been long term .

I am dairy and gluten free for over a year . Gluten actually 4 years or more .Had tried no sugar aspartame caffeine alcohol as well and stuck to it religiously for a while .

I wish you all better health and belief you can get there . Trying all the wonderful avenues the good people on here take their time to share with us .

Above is all thanks to you lot . Xxx Xx

You sound as if you have put in a great deal of effort to arrive at this improved stage; so it's hats off to you!
