Hello,

Hi fibrofoggy
Iu did feel a little jittery when I first started B Complex. I persevered and now I am feeling good on them.
The dose is 2 per day. However, I settle for 1 a day. I'm sensitive to meds, herbs, spices, vits and minerals, so I'm happy on 1 a day. I think this is key. Knowing our own body, following gut instinct really helps us make decisions.
Perhaps you could try different brands? My Mom took Brewers Yeast tablets midlife, I tried them, around age 45, and they ready made me jittery! So, not everything is genetically driven.
Good luck.
I find it difficult to persevere as the symptoms get progressively worse.
I know what you mean about different preps but it becomes too expensive to keep buying and hoping. A friend once recommended a b-complex brand without additives and it worked a treat. I think it was Solgar but as a brand I feel it's gone downhill now.
Definitely right about gut instincts and it's something I'll aim to remember.
