Vitamin B and Folate levels.

My GP. Noticed three weeks ago that my vitamin B and folate levels were low.

Haveing been diagnosed with scleroderma for ten years plus now I should have remembered to ask them / they should have noticed. Anyway, I am taking the folate tablets and the nurse has been topping me up with vit B injections.

I actually feel like a human being for the first time in I don't know how long.

Get it checked out. You may get a "supercharge" for the summer. Must be worth a try.

Good luck all. Stay healthy and positive.

Regards. Mark.
