Where have I been?
And I would firstly like to renounce support of my acquired team in the World Cup (Brazil) after the shocking display of Sunday league football during the tournament. Next, yes I haven't done much in the way of posting as I have spent a couple of weeks in hospital, so it is safe to say, no chance of

Day 2 cold turkey. Grrrrrrrrrr.
Day 2, moody, I can do this "brain keeps telling me I'm stupid" trying to ignore my brain. Here is how I started this. Wife and I have both smoked for many years. 15+ she tells me I have started coughing in my sleep. (I'm nervous because this is new.) we decide July 4th shall be our real independence

First time quitter - not smoked since beginning of July!
After 33 years
smoking
, I have finally
quit
! I am using Champix and I am absolutely stunned that it actually works. Every time previously I have thought about packing in, I have not managed an hour. So this time, I thought I would try Champix.

Pregnant, stressed and struggling to quit please help.
Hi I'm 32 and have smoked since the age of 17. I gave up last year using an e cig but have stopped using this due to health concerns. (I used to smoke 5 to 10 roll ups a day, with e cig was using equivalent of 40 per day and as the battery didn't heat liquid all the time was getting liquid nicotine in

I need your advice folks x
We have a holiday booked for September and it's going to be my first without any form of nicotine at all.I stopped using my ECig in January. To be quite honest I'm terrified of going away with nothing at all.I'll be just 3 days away from my first quit anniversary when we go & I know that'll possibly keep

New to anxiety - feel the urge to consistently visit the ER
Recently
quit
smoking
due to my first anxiety attack. I get these anxiety attacks every day - At least the doctors claim that it is anxiety. Sometimes twice a day. I try to stay away from the ativan because they say its addictive. Just curious if my symptoms are common.

Want gain muscle but I smoke
If only I have the chance to bring back time. I will not smoke. It's my 27th days of free nicotine and I'm back again. I just smoked 2 sticks today because of the stress at work. I'm ashamed of myself. The reason why I stopped because I want to gain muscle. Can I still gain weight or muscle even I'm

Hi all.
I
quit
smoking
17 months ago with the help of an e-cig and have been lucky to have stayed smoke free. I could not have done it without the e-cig and probably use it just like a cigarette and as frequently but it is the better option for me.

Does anybody feel depressed whilst quitting smoking ?
Posted by jillygirl Depression is an issue of focus for many who
quit
smoking
. At times, quitting smoking is an extremely difficult thing to do, and it is difficult enough when you're feeling happy.
